Foundadtion free concrete batching plant in Indonesia

One set of our 25m3/h foundation free concrete batching plant was finished installation in Indonesia. This is a special concrete batching plant designed as per the request of our client.

1. Main parts of the 25m3/h foundation free concrete batching plant:

1) JS500 twin-shaft concrete mixer;

2) PLD800 aggregate batching machine with 2 bins;

3) Aggregate loading belt conveyor;

4) Concrete delivery belt conveyor;

5) Water, cement and additive scales;

6) 2T cement hopper;

7) 6m*219mm screw conveyor;

8) Panel control system.
